STAFF:
Each Kembali Bali Villa has a room maid who will prepare your breakfast from 8:00am. At the same time the gardener and pool attendant will service the pool and garden area. After breakfast the maids will make up the bedroom and leave you to your privacy. (If you require these services later than 8:00am please advise the office.
SECURITY:
All Kembali Bali villas are equipped with electronic safes. Contact the office should you require assistance with the operating instructions. There are 4 security guards to secure the Kembali Villas - around the clock. Please leave your villa key at the office whenever you leave the villas.
LAUNDRY & DRY CLEANING:
A laundry basket is located in your bedroomroom, please place garments for laundry in the basket. Complete the laundry price list with name, Kembali villa number and signature. The maid will pick up the laundry and it should be ready within 24 hours. It can also be completed within 12 hours, should you require.
TRANSPORT:
A complimentary transfer is provided to and from the airport. Excellent Bali Taxi service, English speaking Driver & Car or Car Rental also available, please contact the office and they will be happy to assist you.
ENTERTAINMENT:
A wide selection of DVD's and books are available from the office. 50 Satellite Channels include: HBO, Cinemax, Star Movies, Hallmark, AXN, Animax, Discovery Channel, National Geographic, Animal Planet, Discovery, Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network, Disney Channel, MTV, ESPN, CNBC, CNN, BBC, ABC.
SWIMMING POOL & BABY-SITTING:
Guests are asked to always take appropriate safety measures. Parents please always insure your children are constantly supervised in the swimming pool. The office can assist you with your baby-sitting needs. Please advise us of your requirements one day in advance.
AIRLINE BOOKING & RECONFIRMATION:
We will be happy to assist you with your flight bookings, reconfirmation and other airline information. Please note that it is advisable to re-confirm all airline reservations 72 hours prior to departure. For assistance with luggage handling, please contact the office.

Please contact the office should you require any of the following: Secretarial Service. Wake Up Call. Mail Service. Courier Service. Internet Service. Fax service. All messages will be delivered to your villa as soon as they received. All major currencies can be exchanged.
GENERAL SERVICES:
A range of electrical adapters is available through the office. Current = 220 Volt, 50 Cycles. Each villa is equipped with a hair dryer located in the wardrobe. Should you require medical assistance, please advise the office. After office hours please contact security for their assistance. We recommend the Bali Nirwana Golf Course near Tanah Lot temple. This stunning and beautiful Greg Norman designed golf Course is only 30 minutes drive from Kembali Villas. The Bali Golf and Country Club in Nusa Dua is about 40 minutes drive from Kembali Villas. Both course facilities include an 18-hole championship course, driving range, chipping and putting green, professional tutor and clubhouse facilities. Combine a day trip with a golfing experience. We recommend you begin with a two hour scenic drive from the villas into the mountains of Bedugul. Located here is the Bali Handara Kosaido Country Club. Set in the beautiful country side of Mount Batur (2098m above sea level) this 18-hole course is a world silver medal golf resort.
HORSE/PONY RIDING:
Some of the most amazing scenery can be seen off the beaten track on horseback. Enjoy the thrill of riding through the waves and sand of Legian beach or the lush green paddy fields as offered by Umalas Stables.
SCENIC AND CULTURAL TOURS:
The island of Bali offers some of the most spectacular scenery. Tterraced rice paddies combined with attractions that are among the most beautiful in the world.
EAST BALI ESCAPE:
Drive through to the East of Bali. Trek off the beaten track. Ccross through numerous rice terraces and small farms allowing you to truly appreciate the native landscape and animals of Bali. Enter the ancient and ritualistic Bali Aga (Original Balinese) society of Tenganan, just ten minutes away from The Serai Manggis. Unlike other Balinese villages, Tenganan traces its origins and its social institution back to the written source, a holy book known as the Usana Bali. Tenganan is also highly regarded for the double ikat and unique basket weaving techniques used by villagers. Enjoy lunch at The Serai where a well-established cooking course is offered.

Our Staff can recommend some of the better shops for clothing, antiques, handicrafts, textiles and artifacts.
WATERSPORT & ACTIVITIES:
Bali offers waves for everyone. Boards are available at the tourist beaches such as Kuta and the prices are usually negotiable. The Waterbom Park in Tuban, located 20 minutes from Kembali Villas is set in beautiful gardens. 600 meters of slides for all levels of bravery! Approximately 45 minutes from Kembali Villas is Tanjung Benoa which offers a large variety of water activities including parasailing, water skiing and banana boat rides. The ocean to the East and South offers you exciting fishing location: Spanish mackerel, Wahoo, Tuna, King Fish, Sailfish and Barracuda are waiting for you to catch.
WHITE WATER RAFTING:
An exhilarating manner in which to experience rural Bali is by rafting excursion down the rapids of the Ayung River. This excursion is classified as a Class III river where your adventure passes through tropical jungle, waterfalls - allowing you a wonderful and unique insight into Balinese rural village life. Trips includes snack, lunch, transfers, insurance and take a full day.
GADO GADO BEACH:
This beach is the closest to our villa and takes 10 minutes to walk or about 5 minutes by taxi. Visitors may hire a sun lounge with umbrella on the beach. Always bring your pool towel or sarong. Try a cocktail while watching the sunset. Fantastic! Beach massage/manicure also available.
DREAMLAND BEACH:
The beach is 25 minutes from Kembali Villas. There is no public transport available and no beach hawkers. Local cafés are available. It is difficult to reach this beach during the wet season. This beach is not safe for children, extra supervision required. This is a world-renowned surfing location.
SRILANGKA BEACH:
Located in the Nusa Dua area - very quite and not many visitors. Only a few repeat tourists will know this beach. We suggest you hire a car & driver from Villa Kembali. The drive will take 30 minutes. Safe and fun for family.
