Villa Arjuna has a spacious air-conditioned living area with comfortable sofa’s, coffee table, plasma television with satellite connection, DVD player, surround sound system and IPOD speaker. The dining table seats 8 people comfortably along with two individual leather seats positioned in the center of the room with a glass top table ideal for relaxation. The living area has glass doors which can be opened to the patio and swimming pool area allowing its guests to enjoy the ocean breeze.
The kitchen is modern, spacious and fully equipped including a double-door refrigerator, microwave, oven and cook-top. The laundry is handled by the service staff and is included in the rental rate. Upstairs you will discover an open-air living and dining pavilion which is fan-cooled, overlooking a vista of plantation and ocean with large sofa's, a dining area which seats 8 people, two large day loungers which are positioned on the balcony. Views to the Indian Ocean are spectacular, the sunsets are breathtaking.
There are three bedrooms in total located on the second floor. The air-conditioned Master bedroom features a king size four poster bed with mosquito net, scattered cushions, a leather seat which sits at the foot of the bed, two reading lamps, high quality bed linen, artifacts and furnishings. There are access doors to the balcony. The marble master bathroom en-suite has a large terrazzo bath tub, double vanity unit, standing shower with glass screen, large mirrors, storage space and a separate toilet area.
Bedroom two has a queen sized bed and bedroom three has large single beds with a shared bathroom. The two bedrooms are furnished with wooden blinds, spacious arm-chairs, lamps, hand-picked artwork and direct access to the outdoor balcony. The shared bathroom offers a spacious double shower vanity perfect for couples or children.
Villa Arjuna features a 7 x 3,5m private swimming pool, day loungers, umbrella, a bale bengong with thatched roof for outdoor dining, a lazy chair for relaxation, and a large stone budha which has been built into a black stone wall makes this a spectacular feature. The villa has fully trained staff, including housekeepers, cook, gardener, pool attendant 24 hour security provided by Nirwana Bali.
Venture out in the four-seat golf buggy which can be used around the resort complex. Use of the Le Meridien swimming pool, kids slide, fitness center, squash and tennis courts also kids club can be used at no additional charge. Golf discounts are also extended to guests staying at Villa Arjuna. Spa treatments can also be arranged in the villa on request basis.

* Villa rates are quoted in US dollars including taxes
* Villa rates are categorized in Low, High and Peak seasons
* A deposit of 50% of the rental amount is due on receiving confirmation of your booking
* Final payment is required 45 days prior to arrival or immediately if booking is made less than 45 days in order to secure your reservation
* Deposits and final payments are non-refundable
* 10% service fee is charged on top of all supermarket shopping receipts
* Villa check out time is 12noon. Late check out can be arranged at half the rental rate subject to availability.
* Payment can be made by credit card (Visa and Master) or telegraphic transfer. The amount transferred must include any bank fees.
* Private airport transfers included
* Villa Arjuna has it’s own battery operated golf buggy for use by the rental guests. The guest is solely responsible for the buggy should there be any damage. The buggy can only be used around the resort and not on the golf course.
* The villa reserves the right at anytime in it’s sole and absolute discretion to refuse any person as a member of an accommodation party. The villa will not be responsible under any circumstances to refund any unused portion of monies in respect to accommodation
* Events and functions at Villa Arjuna must be authorized by the management.
* The villa disclaims any and all liability of property loss or damage, as well as injury including death sustained by any person whilst residing at the villa or while engaged on any tour whether the loss or injury occurs as a result of breach of contractual obligations of the villa, it’s staff, employees or agent.
