    * The master bedroom of 5 x 6.5 meters has a double bed, a promenade cabinet wall and a safe. Adjacent an â€œoutdoorâ€ bathroom for sumptuous showers in the open air with a double wash basin and a toilet.    * Next door is the 2nd bedroom of almost 5 x 6 meters with twin beds, a wash basin and an indoor shower.
    * Both bedrooms have access to the veranda.
    * The 3rd bedroom of 3.5 x 4.75 meters is situated at the front side of the house with a double bed and an â€outdoorâ€ bathroom.
    * Obviously the estate has standard facilities such as cooking gaz, electricity, water supply and bath- and bed linnen.

The Estate | Outside
    * You enter into the premises via the big gate,into the carport with a garden barn and next to it the house temple.
    * On the left side is a facility room for the staff with a washing machine and a dryer.
    * The street leads you via the front garden and between ponds with sleeping Buddha heads to the front door.
    * You enter the seaside garden via a sliding door in the hall to the roof covered veranda.
    * This is where you spend the biggest part of your time at the large dinner table or in the settee or the chairs of the comfortable lounge suite under the two fans.The veranda is equipped with bamboo roller blinds if you prefer shade in the afternoon.
    * Directly adjacent to the veranda is the large â€œinfinityâ€ swimming pool of 6 x 18 meters,custom built for real lovers of swimming tracks as it has an entry point in the corner and varies in depth between 1.40 and 2.00 meters, with two seats in the back.
    * On the right side of the pool is a wooden pool deck with 6 deck chairs and 3 parasols and a water element.
    * Next to the pool on the left the BalÃ© Bengong of 3 x 4 meters with a comfortable lounge mattress with cushions. Lying there in the shadow with a book and touched by a gentle sea breeze, most fall asleep within 5 minutes.
    * Next to the BalÃ© there is a wonderful Jacuzzi and an outdoor shower.
    * From the terrace you enter the beautiful tropical garden. A wide avenue passes along the lotus ponds and Buddha statues that were made in situ by local artists and leads to the sitting space at the sea side, about 40 meters from the house.
    * The veranda, the house the swimming pool and the jacuzzi are illuminated marvelously in the evenings.

Services
    * On arrival at the end of the afternoon a complementary diner is served and also a complementary breakfast the next morning.
    * After this, you can agree with the pembantu on a daily basis which meals she should prepare for you.
    * On request and at your own risk she can wash your clothes.
    * By telephone you can book one of our English speaking drivers with their car to go shopping of for a day out. They can show you the most beautiful spots on the island of Bali and also arrange your transfer back to the airport.
    * It is possible to book a massage treatment, done at home in the estate.
    * For further assistance, information, wishes and bookings we have a Dutch and English spoken help desk to support you.
    * In Lovina there are a number of good restaurants that you can call and to arrange free transportation to the restaurant for diner.
    * For a small transport fee you can also have meals delivered to your house.
    * The book cabinet in the living room contains CDâ€™s, DVDâ€™s, games, reading & tourist books (in Dutch) and maps of Bali and a language guide Dutch to Bahasa Indonesia.
    * Access to wireless internet can be obtained by buying logon time in the Bits & Bytes internet cafe in Kalibukbuk, Lovina,or at home via Paypal or credit card.

About Bali
    * The island of Bali is about 160 km east to west and 110 km north to south and is situated just south of the equator
    * On this magnificent island with an unimaginable diversity in natural beauty the population has developed an own unique and colorful Hindu culture with all around temples, offering sites and ceremonies. In the north and in the country this authentic culture prospers virtually untouched. About 85% of the population is Hindu.
    * Are you looking for bustle, discoâ€™s, crowds and evening entertainment then you are better off staying in the south, e.g. in the Kuta area. Are you however looking more for tranquility and peace, luxury and privacy, with nevertheless the opportunity to see much of Bali, then you are here in the right place.
    * Bali has a tropical climate. Temperatures range from around 30 degrees Celsius during midday and around 24 degrees Celsius at night. Bali can therefore be visited all year round. At the sea shore there is mostly a light breeze that has a nice cooling effect.
    * In the mountains in mid Bali it is mostly cooler and often cloudier
    * Mid December until end of March the monsoon (rain) period, but this is generally limited to a short & firm downpour in the afternoon. Up north it is also less rainy than down south.
    * Bali is not a malaria area.

Surroundings
    * The surroundings of the estate are very inviting for a nice stroll.
    * In our street, Jalan Mawar, there are also other houses form expats.Directly behind the estate there are vineyards and rice fields and a few kmâ€™s further inland the foot of the mountains of mid Bali commences.
    * From the garden at the sea side the right hand view is on a bay with some fisher boats and the left hand view is on the hills in the west most point of Bali and, with clear weather conditions, one can see the east most tip of the island of Java.
    * Just west of Lokapaksa there is a hotel where all kinds of wellness treatments are given.
    * At about 2 km distance to the east you will find the market town of Seririt with shops, a supermarket and an ATM machine that accepts
      international bank cards.
    * On another 10 kilometers further eastbound from Seririt you are entering the Lovina tourist area with a wide choice of bars, shops and restaurants from simple and good until star chef level.
    * Another 15 minutes by car east from Lovina you will find the former capital of Bali, Singaraja, with all the necessary facilities such as banks, a family doctor, dentist and a hospital.
    * Also in the north there are many places of interest: snorkeling or scuba diving and/or trekking through a natural reserve about 50 km west of Lokapaksa, watching (or even swimming with) dolphins in the Lovina area, hot springs and a Buddhist temple in Banjar, waterfalls nearby and many beautiful Hindu temples scattered all over the area.
    * In the mountains near Munduk, at just over an hour driving distance, you will find a splendid golf course.
